Welcome to the HUDplus software and support system.  The system runs on all the Windows (tm) operating systems (including Vista with service pack 1).

It is written for multi-property, network, real time operation.  It is compliant with the HUD TRACS and Rural Development MINC systems.

Demonstration software and sample data is available.  The installation process by default creates a folder called hudplus.  Click here to download and install the demo HUDplus software.   Select run and run and unzip the demo.  Then, right click on start, select explore, select hudplus, and on the right, drag the file named HP  to the desktop.  Click or double click on the icon to start HUDplus.

In addition, HUDplus uses a word processor to display and print reports.  Most users elect to use their existing word processor.  Otherwise, users may install the free Microsoft Word Viewer.   Click here for a free viewer/printer   Click here for installation instructions for the viewer. 

Important information for existing HUDplus customers.  This demo contains data, therefore, if the demo is installed in the same folder as your existing software, your existing data will be destroyed.  Existing customers should call BP Software before installing the demo software.

Licensing:  The software is licensed  by physical location, network size, and housing units being managed and desired software modules.

Physical location:  A license may be purchased for any given physical location, such as a property site, or a central office.

Network size:  The license may be for a stand alone computer, or a small network (3 or less computers), or an unlimited network.  The network cannot extend beyond the physical location.

Housing units being managed:

01- 39 units: Minimum cost. 

40 - 99 units:  Cost is based on the number of units being automated.  Users can increase the number of licensed units at any time for just the cost difference.

Over 99 units: A capped maximum cost no matter how many units are being managed.
